Our application is built with a strong focus on secure authentication, session handling, and minimal data retention. Below is a breakdown of how user data and authentication are handled:
To maintain lightweight identity tracking while respecting user privacy, we store only essential user information:
emailnameusernameSalesforce org IDSalesforce user IDThis data is stored solely for session management and user identification within our application.
Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite flags. If at any point you would like us to delete all user-related data from our system, you can simply log out using the Logout button in the application. Upon logout, your session is immediately invalidated, and the stored credentials including access and refresh tokens—are erased. This ensures we no longer have access to your Salesforce organization.
In case you no longer have access to the browser or device where you originally logged in, you can still revoke access. Go to your Salesforce org → Setup → Connected Apps OAuth Usage → Locate the connected app used by this platform and click Revoke. This ensures our service can no longer interact with your org on your behalf.
If you wish to know what information we currently have stored from your session, you can contact us at [[email protected]]. We retain only minimal identifying information—email, name, username, Salesforce org ID, and Salesforce user ID—strictly for identification and access management purposes. Keep in mind, though, that we automatically delete token-related data after 2 hours, so depending on when you reach out, we may no longer have any of your session data available.
If you’d like us to immediately stop processing any data associated with your account but cannot use the logout button or revoke access through Salesforce, please email us at [[email protected]]. We'll manually delete all your stored information and ensure that our systems no longer have access to your Salesforce org.
